Maggie is an extremely high-volume gymnastics workout. With 100 HSPU, 200 pistols, and 300 pull-ups, this tests your gymnastic capacity to the limit.
- Break HSPU into small sets from the start (5s or even 3s)
- Alternate pistol legs every 10-20 reps to manage fatigue
- Pull-ups will accumulate—plan your breaks strategically
- Use chalk liberally for grip
- This is a long workout—stay hydrated
Pacing
