Fibonacci
AMRAPA CrossFit Games-style workout using the Fibonacci sequence for rep schemes. Each round increases following 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34... The combination of double-unders and power cleans creates an escalating challenge.

Fibonacci uses the famous mathematical sequence for rep schemes: 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 5-5, 8-8, 13-13, 21-21, 34-34... The later rounds become massive undertakings.
- Early rounds are quick—don't waste time in transitions
- The round of 21 is where most athletes are at 10-12 minutes
- Power cleans at 135 lb accumulate fatigue quickly
- Double-unders should be unbroken until 21+
- Breaking into the 34s is elite—pace for 21s
Pacing
Build intensity as reps decrease (mentally, they increase). The first 5 rounds should feel easy—save energy for 13+ rep rounds.
